Basic Timeline
Start Date: January, 1st 2015
It has been a little less than a year now since the Russian Federation officially annexed the Crimean Peninsula from the Ukraine due to the ousting of Pro-Russian Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych and due to increasing Anti-Russian Sentiment in Ukraine. In the Donbass region of the country Civil War continues to run rampant throughout the region with Pro-Russian Rebels taking control of the Donetsk and Luhansk provinces of Ukraine while being supposedly supplied by the Russian Government.
In the Middle East the Syrian Civil War rages on with hundreds of thousands of civilians and soldiers dying so far in what has become one of the deadliest conflicts in the Twenty First Century.
In the East the Peoples Republic of China continues to expand its hold in the South China Sea with continued naval build up and creation of artificial islands to protect China's interests in the region.
The world is becoming increasingly volatile and some say it is only a matter of time before another major war will break out. The question is which side of that war will you be on?

this is true pretty much I am planning on either allowing a set limit of carriers built per week for smaller nations like the UK could have one carrier built per week.
Or I will simply get rid of the limit for the countries that can build carriers but just make sure they understand to not go overboard on the number of carriers they can have.
What factions are left. I would like a well-rounded one...

Boca you are accepted but keep in mind your roleplay posts will have to be roughly 4 times larger than the sole you presented and remember you going to war with the south is unrealistic so don't do it until super late game

The Council of Deputies officially stated today that they will no longer tolerate the New General National Congress, and is proud to announce the start of a new offensive, that will aid in the continuing war on all lands currently in control by the NGNC. This is great news considering last year only 18% of Libyans showed up for the election, we concluded that this was because of the NGNC, and have taken all necessary steps into ensuring that next year, we will have a greater turnout, and no citizen of our great nation shall ever again be oppressed by these rouge militant groups!
