I agree to follow the rules of all features existing in the game and that may one day exist, with the exclusion of any unavoidable force majure events including but not limited to hurricanes destroying my house, a volcano destroying my city, some joker cutting the transpacific internet line, and so on, I will be able to play for a long duration of time.
It should be acknowledged that it is impossible to 'kick' players from a game if they do not break bytro's ToS or rules, though I acknowledge the other methods including asking to leave, or just nuking em if they refuse to, or any other such methods done ingame. I agree to roleplay and keep my articles professional, posting whenever there is something valid for me to post about . I won't leave the game due to players and events in the game, as per the terms I agreed to with you in private regarding the too early 'game changing' events.

In what is viewed as complete disregard and ignorance of the German announcement and their intention to limit and stop the growing influence of the Russian Empire, the Tsarina of Russia has chosen to give the direction for the Russian military to continue its western advances. German advice and manipulation based on apparent false intelligence in the past year have already directed hundreds, even thousands to their death in the Americas, directly leading to the complete annihilation of the Commonwealth (Ontario), and debatably, indirectly causing the defeat of the Enclave and the commonwealth of Brunswick.
Lunch, dinner, rations; what remained of the Commonwealth army after following the German advice and recommendation to declare war on the Mutants and attack, was turned into food for the Super Mutant army; a truly horrifying fate for anyone, but I digress.
Is such manipulation by President John Rommel occurring again, only closer to home? How many more thousands are going to march to their death based on the claims and directions of a nation which has already been shown to in the best case scenario to have been utterly negligent and incompetent in ensuring the accuracy of their intelligence agency?
A minority in Russia allege that Germany was in fact secretly aware of the true details of the garrison awaiting the Commonwealth military in Escabana, aware that hundreds of Super Mutants awaited the Commonwealth army, and aware that such an attack would be essentially suicidal; yet decided to intentionally give false information to the Commonwealth government with the hopes of providing some amount of relief to the Enclave, who from what I understand, are a close ally of Germany and are now even sheltering the former President following the Enclave’s defeats in America.
Previously, I had just assumed like most others that the battle of Escabana to be the result of a horrific accident and terrible misunderstanding, however, this second option is by the day looking more and more likely to my government, directed, and bribed into battle to serve the sole interests of Germany and its primary allies.”

The Yakutsk State University has announced earlier this month the formation of a new department of research. The Faculty of Bio-Nuclear Research and Development which has been formed out of the dozens of multi-department projects of the Bio-Science and Nuclear Research Departments. The stated goals and objectives of the Bio-Nuclear department is the research and development into further radiation sickness treatments, and possible cures to irradiation. The faculty is viewed with some suspicion due to the highly secretive nature of the ongoing projects, curious locals also noticing a large amount of military vehicles entering and exiting the facility, however the university is always prompt in denying any form of military involvement in its research, taking the stance that the intention of the University is that of peaceful passing on of knowledge, and R&D in various fields with the goals of improving the lives of all people living within the Russian Empire.
Tsarina Anastasia was unavailable for comment when asked about the Faculty of Bio-Nuclear Research and Development.
