Basic Timeline

Start Date: January, 1st 2015

It has been a little less than a year now since the Russian Federation officially annexed the Crimean Peninsula from the Ukraine due to the ousting of Pro-Russian Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych and due to increasing Anti-Russian Sentiment in Ukraine. In the Donbass region of the country Civil War continues to run rampant throughout the region with Pro-Russian Rebels taking control of the Donetsk and Luhansk provinces of Ukraine while being supposedly supplied by the Russian Government.

In the Middle East the Syrian Civil War rages on with hundreds of thousands of civilians and soldiers dying so far in what has become one of the deadliest conflicts in the Twenty First Century.

In the East the Peoples Republic of China continues to expand its hold in the South China Sea with continued naval build up and creation of artificial islands to protect China's interests in the region.

The world is becoming increasingly volatile and some say it is only a matter of time before another major war will break out. The question is which side of that war will you be on?

That's just fine. I like this a lot. The lack of tech makes it more fun. I might try to make one like it if Magnum is okay with me spinning off of the rules here.

Same man, Castro is actually allowing the construction of Catholic Churches in Cuba so it will on a whole eventually convert to catholicism, you can do something similar with Vitetnam

just a question, why does a country like uk get Ireland or vietnam get Siam and Germany gets Austria and ckrckoslovakia but as Spain I don't get Portugal? Just wondering since it's not for real life accuracy since those countries don't get the smaller ones in real life

Yeah England also has Belgium and Holland which makes no sense at the very least Ontario(denmark iceland greenland) should get it that or bring in someone else to represent them

Enough! This talk is about the RPG, not my religion. Just because I posted in the paper that my leader made Catholicism the national religion doesn't mean we need to wreck this RPG experience by needing to be right.

Enough! This talk is about the RPG, not my religion. Just because I posted in the paper that my leader made Catholicism the national religion doesn't mean we need to wreck this RPG experience by needing to be right.

but Carl, you have to understand it's not just that easy. (If you are doing it in a Roleplay manner) Even if your leader says so, that doesn't mean there won't be backlash from the people or political unrest. Buddhism has dominated the Asias for a long long time, and to just have your leader say "yep, we're Catholic now" isn't going to come without some sort of backlash. (Again if you intend to actually Roleplay it, which you should be because that's the rules)

Carl you have to do some research on your country, Vietnam becoming catholic is very unrealistic and saying you are doing it because your catholic Is out of context and not realistic that is like me saying (I play as russia) I am American in which all Russians are American.

This role play is meant to be realistic Carl you cannot suddenly change your national policy like that especially in a communist country. I demand you do not have your religion be catholic and edit that article for it is unrealistic.

And sadly yes we do need to wreck this rpg experience so we can be right because we are trying to mimic the real world if you are not willing to be realistic it is best you go inactive.

As for unreal borders Ontario was meant to conquer the Low Countries but went inactive the UK helped Ontario with its landswap so it is stuck with the provinces until Ontario is active there is nothing we can do about it really. As for Germany I gave them the provinces for a slight economic boost Spain doesn't need a economic boost

Yes i know this isn't about wot we believe and yes i know that this is an RP, hell i helped make it

But it just doesn't make any bloody sense. Its a Communist government, Communist government don't like a national religion !

They think it weakens the state, and you making a national religion makes 0 sense for a Communist government.

And if you change your government, that would just ruin everything Vietnam has done.

Plus, you making a state religion "wrecks" the idea that your Communist.
