A 1932 RolePlay (1 slot left, Spain)

A Historical yet simply RolePlay,

taking place on the 10 player map in the world of the 1930s and onwards. How long will the Great Depression last? Who will uphold the beacon of Democracy? or Who will fall into abject tyranny?

Will the flames of war again consume the Continent or can the great technological progression be used for the betterment of mankind...

Details:

Start date: 1st of January 1932.

Progression: one real day = one month in game time.

I don't like listing rules, so just role-play and be good at it, I hope this game can follow "The Dons RP Guide"

Although it does always reassure if at least these 2 rules are written down:

1. No landgrabbing.

2. Be in character, be the leader and Government of your nation as it was on the 1st of January 1932, change it as you wish afterwards but keep the change realistic with good back up of a few articles.

(Sweden will get no player, as Sweden in the 1930s was weak and not on equal standing to the USSR or the UK as in the game, so sadly the great North will be remain quite for now)(also Turkey really isn't need for game start)

One question

The time equivalence rate of 1 day = 1 month seems slow to me given the CoW pace of research and industrial production

So, for example, nuclear bombers could be coming off the production line by about the middle of day 27 if someone went for it hell for leather and with 1 day = 1 month this makes it only about mid 1934

1 day = 1 year is too fast

A rate of 1 day = 6 months puts nuclear bombers in play in late 1945 so seems more realistic

ok, think think 1 day = 6 months is way too fast, half a year would happen in just a day, we couldn't keep up that pace.

1 day = 3 months that would put off nuclear bombers util 1938-9 still unrealistic, but it's the best we can do.

I only suggested 6 months to push nukes to 1945 (for someone who was extremely keen on making them)
