i could play as Yugoslavia

That would be fine sir Royal,

Most CoW games are just played to do what you want to do- that's fine. Here we are trying to be exact with what the Yugoslavians/Romanians had, and would have had as the war went on. Please take a few minutes to read the Yugoslavian situation higher up in the post here, and if you're game, a most hearty 'Welcome to the AXIS side' to ya'!

They're restricted in Research/Tech, and in how many places they can Recruit in. It's a challenge to say the least, because you know how large the Russians can get

Let me know if you're still interested and then you're in as Yugoslavia. Try an message me via the game's 'Community,' 'Message' system if you can. That's the best way I can give you the password when the game begins. Also, tell any good, active CoW friends you might have about us if you will

Forgive the :spam: lotza people have asked where the 'rules' are. Just trying to get this post to the top so's the crew can read it.

And btw, most of the rules are in the AXIS vs ALLIES # 8 invite post, right smack in the middle of it- 'EXPLANATION OF GOALS & RULES:'

I am in as Yugo.... needs help with starting out. I understand my restrictions, but I don't understand exactly what I need to give to Sweden in order to get my economic level at the correct point. Any help would be appreciated.

I'll help you out with what I can. As a new member myself, we can learn together.

This looks absolute amazing. After I get some more xp playing I would love to do this.

I've been playing this game for about 2 months now. You have any questions about getting started, you can ask me.

James - a small nitpick on UK at start - BB Prince of Wales was fitting out at war start and was only available in 1941 - when she accompanied Hood to intercept Bismarck, civilian technicians were aboard trying to get her main guns to function properly so she was far from ready for rel action which is why her captain decided to break off once Hood was sunk

Thanks for the clarification sir Snowl. I wasn't sure what the situation with her was.

It would seem that the more you think you know about WW2, you realize that you could learn a lot more :P Ha. The history is fun. AND... it's kind of fun twisting history. As much as we try and keep it a real WW2 game, every games seems a bit different. Except for you, the air meister :D

Salute on your play in the current game btw. This game has been agonizing, bloody, exhausting, grueling, yet tons o' fun.

To mr. Merkir,

Hey, don't wait man. It's all about having fun DEFINITELY play in the next game. We're trying to recreate a solid WW2 game, using this :coolman: CoW format, and there's always room for players like you to play. You might want to do your 'teething' by playing Hungary, Yugoslavia, or even the much lighter commitments of Spain or boring old Turkey. Don't wait, just come and play and have fun  .

The players here are good eggs for the most part, and will, if pressed share many playing tips, game do's & don'ts and perhaps even some 'secrets.' It's no fun getting a leg up on an opponent because he doesn't know the rules/ way to play CoW.
