Capitol: well, that is pretty obvious, isn't? Moscow.
Side: Why do I have to choose a side, before I know how they are played? If it if historic, I will join the Allies but I do not know, who is on which side so I might choose the wrong side... Therefor I choose neutrality at the beginning. In a roleplay that should be possible.
Enemies: None or everybody or anything in between

Naition is СССР or Союз Советских Социалистических Республик.
