This is a new type of CoW game. One where we simply RP.. the main focus is to thrive as a Nation. However, obviously you can attack them and maybe that is how you will do well. Its meant for forum players who disagree with each other, and when the tensions build very high... you can just take your anger to this game..
Launch and air raid. or invade their mainland.. you decide.
we can even argue in those papers there
We will have some time to build your forces, strike ability and general infra and networks. And make your nation they way you want. Then we go to open season, where you can harm one another, and the claws really come out
Every nation when signing up, needs to state what type of government they want, just for fun.

If you dont want to use this in the day to day RP of your nation, that is okay,So as we all have different political views, here is where we can kinda argue them. So if you are an (unwise) communist, you can pretend that your nation is doing well.. in the newspaper. And so on, so forth.....
You can also write about how their ruler is " annoying a s spike in the back for the people of the nation"
instead of losing your anger here, we take it to the Map, RP and argue in a more interesting, possible and correct way.

however if I get enough support, I will consider making it 22 player.

This is a game that is long term, it tests your economic ways just as much, as your fighting skill...
but its still a lot of conflict, just with role playing, and taking an element of the forums here with us..
somewhere like the golf range, just to release your anger.
