Having rockets better than railroad guns

They only take 7 hours with a level 4 secret lab. They are the slowest unit in the game, expensive, they need a lot of support troops to protect them. They become weaker the longer the game lasts as you can't upgrade them. All other units got upgrades enhancing their HP and battle stats. For such the RRG becomes less and less effective troughout the game. They also have a high upkeep and players who use RRG won't have a large army. You can just ignore the RRG stack, move around it and then all the provinces and the cores are just free game. You'll be too slow to give chase.

I thought that the RRG were usually the overstacks ;)
