"The world is facing a bloody war led by major military powers, by various ideologies that will change the world, the great powers of the world are prepared to fight for the glory, the second world war has begun, you can lead your nation to glory?"

Axis: the Axis is led by the Government of Germany.

Allies: the Allies is led by the Government of United Kingdom of Great Britain.

Komintern: the komintern is led by Government of Russian Central.

Axis: the ideology of the Axis consists of a strong nationalist, strongly hostile totalitarianism to communism and capitalism. The leader of the Axis (Germany) directs this Alliance.

Allies: the ideology of the allies consists of democracy, capitalism and opposition to communism and totalitarianism. The Leader of the Allies (UK) directs this alliance.

Komintern: the ideology of the Komintern consists of Communism and Marxist ideologies

In this case, the members of the allies can decide who will be your leader through a democratic election.

hmmm, I ..well damn. I can understand the direction of the war. But what I build, etc, is a bit..

OK listen, right now, I am directing 6 nations in a 100 player game. We're nearly finished.. but it has been insane.

But I never told people what to build and when.

Merely, this is our goal, figure it out".

I would not be so negative - sure there is a leader and they might have things to say but no way are you going to be micro-managed (at least I do not think so) and you should have considerable latitude for independent action - depends on the leader of course. And it is an RP - if your country in unhappy with your side, RP your way into another side!
