Thinking about a new roleplay...

A peace period for all players (except for NPCs, grab them while you can!) will be set, around 10 or so days.

This is the time where you can decide which way your country wants to go-offensive or defensive, naval, armor, infantry, air, etc.-and research and build along those lines. This time is also for forging relationships with other countries such as trade, alliances-and potentially enemies. I expect there will be some competition to grab certain NPC lands first, and people are going to remember this when the 10 days is over.

After 10 days, I would encourage players to keep playing in moderation. However, if you want to get revenge on that pesky fool who stole the last province in Estonia before you did, then go ahead.

This is a more open-ended roleplay, you're not confined to specific rules or directions. However, you are supposed to not become a wanton warmonger.
