Plus, it would make it a bit more balanced as US, UK, and France is quite OP already, without adding 8 more other countries.

This isn't designed to be rude or mean, I just think that major powers need to have someone good playing them, otherwise, the game becomes less fun for everyone.

It is essential we have, I would suggest at least 5 people per continent (North and South America counting as one).

But honestly despite having 2.5x resource production, they have really similar VP's. Except on gets annihliated by Germany, and one does not.
