I was in only one RP game over a year and a half ago. They are not quite in my taste. But I know what you mean, a lot of the people who really engaged and started them aren't around anymore, even I don't play this game much now.

Roger that. And when I have been in a few non-RP games and another player has attempted to adopt some form of RP persona, it usually comes off as forced and kind of lame. In my experience, most players lack the historical knowledge and/or writing ability to do RP effectively. I have also seen a few players adopt hyper-aggressive personas to engage in a form of psychological warfare . . . or they may just be nuts. Sometimes it's difficult to discern the difference. I've been starting to get interested in RP with this game and joined an RP game recently, but literally not a single person has had a persona, and at one time italy germany and uk where allies
