Zaktty and Donk better be very scared
CarKing the 6th of the Abrahamic Caliphate
This is a thread to post newspaper articles to decide who should take a certain country when it is contested.
USA Competition:
@Carking the 6th , @CMDR. Wolf , @GeneralJames
You will compete for the country of the USA, there will be 3 rounds of articles, that way you each have a chance to improve your posts, and you may publish your articles at any time, as long as all other candidates have published their articles before you move onto the next round.
First Round:
USA Responds to German Invasion of Poland
Second Round:
The USA refuses to declare war on Germany and only focuses on Japan
Third Round:
USA Election results and what they will mean for the country
Germany Competition:
@TheZhukov and @Talvisota
You will use the same format as the USA Competition
First Round:
Germany announces alliance with The Netherlands
Second Round:
Germany declares war on France
Third Round:
Hitler is assassinated and what it means for the future of the Reich
Good Luck, I will judge the articles, and at the end I will hold a simple poll to see who wins!

Neptune is free lunch.
fr*nce will get steamrolled on day -1. I'm going to join in just in time to see my last army gone.
How about Germany?Talvisota wrote:
Come on guys, even the mighty Soviet Union should be scared of Zhukov.
BTW I think we shouldn't have a unit ratio?
Should we also discuss units cap?
Kinda important to balance things out.
Don't want Turkey to show up with 100 LTs
NO CAPS
I'm not sure how high-level you are, but Talvisota despite being a brilliant RPer, has only been playing for half a year (I think), combined with me being prepared to move the entire army into France, I think we can stand a chance.Donk2.0 wrote:

Okay then, I will begin working on ratios.TheZhukov wrote:

ratios not caps, resources tend to do the job best.KaiserOfAnonymous wrote:

if you ratio it is no longer alternate, whta if i want to spam militia, it isn't really fair
I dislike it myself, but it seems to be what most people want.TheZhukov wrote:

*sigh*
Now this just gonna be an unfair rp game.
Smh
Ultimately, this is YOUR RP. You should get the final call. If you don't like it, don't do it.Zaktty wrote:

I say that we don't do a unit ratio or limit. Seems like the better option to me. Not everyone wants one.
Yes, I agree.
Yes, countries should build whatever they can, the slow pace of the game and research caps will allow minors to catch up in power and hopefully numbers can be more balanced. Basically majors should be much stronger, but minors still need a chance.
Remember! No one is locked into an alliance! People can leave and join alliances however they please! Feel free to make your own alliances with whoever you want.
Do puppets need permission from their master to do things?
The master gets to choose how that works

Sorry to some, but I've decided there will be no Unit caps or rations, you can build what you likeSoviet onion republic wrote:

A Rules thread is coming soon, but this will probably be the rules on puppets:Carking the 6th wrote:

- The Puppet can still control their home affairs, e.g. what they build and produce
- Master Nation controls their foreign affairs, e.g. forcing them into wars, trade embargoes, etc.
The Master nation will also be able to force things upon the puppet, e..g demanding they pay him resources, provided that it doesn't ruin the game for the puppet.
