The game will being starting approximately at midnight tonight, that is 12:00 Greenwich Mean Time, which I believe is the same in UTC. Good luck, there is to be a short land swap between China and Japan, and Australia will annex New Zealand, this is to be ignored. Do not write anything in the newspaper, or produce or build or research anything until I have wrote an article to say the RP has begun. The code will be published in a private conversation. DO NOT GIVE THE CODE TO ANYONE ELSE. Under pain of being banned from all future roleplays. Make sure to get the right country too.

The only thing you may do is start setting your relations to those specified on the graph below:

They also said in a different thread that they'd be giving the majors and the trustworthy people the code first. I'm definitely not on the first list, and probably not on the second, depending on how they're determining trustworthiness.

There seems to be some confusion over the starting time. I believe @TheZhukov thought it would start 24 hours from now, but Zaktty thought it would start now. Car also thinks it starts in 24 hours.

Zhukov was originally going to create the game, but he hasn’t come online for a while on the moderator chat.

As it’s midnight and I really need my sleep, I’m out. I honestly can’t deal with this - now or 24th from now you guys, it doesn’t make a difference.
