My face when Rohini declares on me for going into a city I never went into with my armoured car unit doing a parade. Then when he declares on me he loses Delhi because my unit was at Delhi when he declared. My unit took the city, getting 1 million dollars off him. And now he is slandering me in the newspaper when the entire situation is literally his fault.

We have finalized nuclear caps. Here are the rules for how many you can build:

Take your total resources count, divide by 20k, then add every percentage of military you have. Day 30 and this day have the stats we will first use. Come to me if you are confused and I will give Nuke number.

EVERYONE CAN NOW GET NUKES PROVIDED THEY FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES.

Numbers will be updated every 4 days unless we need to wait longer for new statistics, consider military and economy percentages separate.

i have stated to my allies that Venezuela Nukes are for a deterrent and will be used if a country sends a war party on South American soil with aims to take a City or territory, not for foreign conflicts

I suppose they can be used however you want, though if you nuke a city without good reason that’s a war crime and a good justification. I thinK Mutually assured destruction and countries being able to agree to not use nukes is a completely fine idea, but these don’t HAVE to be followed.

You can do wherever you want, but MAD agreements can be signed, and nuclear attacks, especially on civilians can be seen as warcrimes. Perhaps a rule to make it so that instant wars can be declared in cases should be made? What do others think?
