I think Shikato can be guaranteed Spain, but the USSR is a bigger deal. We need to think about that more. @Zaktty should see this.

He hasn’t checked on weeks dude, he’s not here. He should have been here yesterday or before, but he wasn’t. Unless he gets here in time Spain is lost. However @Joe Bartolozzi can still have Egypt, we need them.
