USSR will probably be off the table for now. We have to think harder about that, but you wouldn’t be a bad candidate at all. Spain is also an option, though Persia is Sadra’s.

Yes, you can take a more major country next RP provided you don’t mess anything up this one anyway. Right now this chaos must be sorted. We have Spain, Tibet, USSR, Xinjiang to deal with.
