Mongolia is not a real player. They are owned by a mod and used to grab reparations and stuff. Maybe we can let Xinjiang do it, but the USSR would be pathetically weak with 1/4 of its usual economy and damaged buildings with a non-existent army to boot.

What’s this thing about attacking the USSR? That would give certain countries an unfair advantage?
Also, the USSR troll hasn’t started any wars or posted anything in the newspaper... maybe he has no intent to stay inactive and only did this to annoy us?
