1991 would be sick. Fall of the Berlin wall, Yugoslav wars would be fun to RP (although there would have to be restrictions placed on that, I can see how that would get very messy very quickly)......
Clash of Nations would probably be the best map for this.
The only problem I can think of is that the technology would be quite outdated.

haha you have only ever talked to members at MonkeyBase never the Venezuelan Government so you are good, Iron Monkey is a soldier for peace.
But Comandante Kong is on a Journey to go see the Great Pyramids of Egypt and other would wonders, only to stop in Mecca becouse he is interested in the teachings of Allah, then creating an Independent African state away from Venezuela using his large amounts of funds gained but that part has not been RPed yet,
but Iron Monkey is still on a solo mission in Costa Rica looking into the Nuclear Tank being funded by the former Soviet union. He might come back to overthrow the Venezuelan Government at some point leaving Kong in Africa wanting revenge.

i have three characters people have talked to and all three have completely different agendas,
*Comandante Kong: leader of the Venezuelan Government and commander of its military. (2 people have talked to)
* Kong's Personal Secretary: she answers his messages and runs governmental affairs in Kong's stead when he is away on operations. (Most people have talked to.)
*Iron Monkey & John Carey: Soldiers for peace and Mercenary men without a country stationed on MonkeyBase doing jobs for clients around the world. (2 people have talked to)
so talking to one dose not mean the other knows what you said, all three diffrent people,
haha and im pretty sure Sam is loosing his mind at this point talking to me

yes, like i said they are soldiers for peace,
they will most likely be sent in now to investigate and takeout the research site after that nuke was just tested by the Indian Government.
