I have to add, as well - you were actually given several warnings by several people (such as the Cuba situation) and you promptly ignored all messages from moderators. If you have an issue, talk to us about it. But you won’t be allowed to break the rules - just like everyone else, so we can all enjoy a fair and fun game.

As for instant punishment, the worst punishment you’re gonna get for that is the forced removal of that unit by destroying it. Then you would be allowed to continue the game - this is a perfectly fair compromise. Alternatively you could’ve paid resources to Mongolia for reparations for that unit.

Why would we warn you after you broke a rule? The sanctions are fair and proportional.

Also I have to note the hypocrisy of condemning South Africa for failing to make an article before he declared war on you, when you failed to make an article declaring war on Cuba. That doesn’t make South Africa’s actions fair or right - I will be engaging in talks with him - but it does mean you’re clearly ignoring your own wrong actions and pointing out the flaws in others. Perhaps this could also be a good life lesson as well as a lesson for this RP.

Hi Polish.First, I’m not sure anyone said that upgrading an armoured car is banned (unless it’s to blueprint level). However, we have specified that unit cards are banned, and there is screenshot proof of you deploying a unit card.

Secondly, if you have concerns about other players, you take it to a moderator. You don’t accuse people in public, and you don’t ignore moderators when we message you. In fact, I am talking to South Africa myself about these concerns, specifically about his war with you without any tensions or article. Previously, we have talked to South Africa, the moderators, in private, and we fixed issues. We are confident that we can do this again with discussion.

In contrast, you don’t seem to be willing to engage in discussion - instead, you seem to be bent on accusing other players of rule breaking (you’ve also accused Venezuela of rulebreaking, in fact falsely), as well as completing ignoring moderators.

If you are concerned about the behaviour of moderators in general, take it up with us. Message us, politely, to let us know your concerns. We’re not monsters! If you engage in discussion then we’re very happy to talk with you about it.

We moderators have given you several warnings, in private and in public, and I personally haven’t seen much communication back; I haven’t heard anything from other moderators either about you engaging in any meaningful discussion whatsoever. Furthermore, you’re not in a position to accuse other players of rulebreak having broken several rules yourself.

We don’t want to have conflict with you, or anyone. We are here to ensure a smooth and enjoyable RP. Please, I’d love to have a conversation with you about any concerns. This can be in this public thread, a private conversation, or a conversation with other moderators. But the behaviour you’re adopting at the moment, of ignoring us, public accusations, and frankly rude and disrespectful behaviour, needs to stop.
