I disagree with considering Sicily in Africa. Sure, the Muslims conquered it. But they sure as hell didn't keep it. That's like saying Sicily is in Iberia because the Spanish controlled it for 200 years, and then another 100 after a brief pause. Which in total, is almost the same amount of time the Muslims would control it for. It is a European island.

Sounds like a lot of this would make terrible border gore. Arta should be Romanian. Malta can be Ottoman along with Africa, though. France, Germany and Yugoslavia’s portions need to be look at.
