Can I bring up the issue of cheating?
France and Poland have both committed multiple offences.
France did not wait 24 hours for attacking Germany, did not build proper tensions, and used unit cards and blue prints. Their newspaper was also to short.
Poland has not RPed for days at a time, and did not build tensions or post Newspapers before invading countries. He also uses unit cards, blueprints and gold freely and gets away with it. He also refused to give up his ill gotten gains until threaterned with being condemned like Arta.
Both of their offences go far further and they should not get away with it. Especially Poland as at least Donk was appologetic.
Many others have also committed rulebreaks and I encourage that people raise their issues as well.

He is right, worse so is that he’s upgraded 10 elite blueprint light tanks. I think we should have them all dismantled as part of a repeat offense, especially because I and another mod mentioned repeatedly in the news that this was not allowed.
