I did not refuse to give you Norway. My problem was that you choose to march through Ostersund, which held 8 of my 10 remaining units. You completely destroyed it and then claimed that I had attacked you. Obviously the artillery would have oppened fire when you approched but how could I have predicted or stopped that.
