1941 Historic World War

Basically, I think we should Have a 1941 Scenario, taking place on the eve of Operation Barbarossa.

Germany owns Poland, The Low Countries, France, Parts of Yugoslavia and Part of Grecce.

The USSR would own Eastern Poland and the Baltics

Japan would own more of China and French Indochina

Vichy France would exist

Italy would own a little more land in France, and Tunisia, and a little of Egypt (British Egypt does not exist)

Germany and Russia would have a bulk of there Forces on their border.

The Japanese would be able to start bombarding the Philippians and Indonesia,

and the Italians and British would also have a majority of their units in North Africa
