2 idea's ive been thinking about

1 a slight revamp with intelligence spies cuz i think they are quite overpowerd in how hard they are to track down compared to the damage they can cause to your plans, and i dont mean that in regards to make them easy to uncover rather make it easier to get an idea of where to look, it makes 0 sense that billy joe sitting in a random hill gets a full list of all your industry, rather i think intelligence spies should only be able to discover any global information rather then just the region they are in if they are in a city and since how badly a intercepted message can ruin any scheme you're setting up, since you're basically talking straight to the leadership of whoever you're speaking from so basically to or from a capital, i think messages should only be able to intercepted by a spy in your capital or whoever you're talking to

2 the abillity to choose which level of unit you wanne make, so basically if you have level 4 light tank researched, you dont HAVE to build level 4 light tanks, you can choose between level 1 and 4 and then upgrade the outdated ones later if you feel like it, like serious qeustion, does anybody bother researching level 4 heavies? cuz i sure dont, it makes heavy tank production even with a maxed out tank plant take forever, i think it would make things alot more interesting if you could combine the abillity to quickly churn out weaker units of the same type while at the same time having much higher level ones as sledge hammers, basically wear down the enemy with a sea of level 1-2 heavy tanks and then completely smash them with your elite level 4 heavies you were holding in reserve
