A "Battle History" For Specific Units

Like the title says, I was thinking a cool idea to add to the game would be a battle/event history for certain units that the player could look back on everything that has happened to a specific unit. Not sure how one would go about designing this, but it is something cool to think about. If there is already something like this in the game, I haven't seen it yet nor heard about it.
