A river to connect the caspian sea to the black sea (WaW)
the caspian sea isnt being used much because if you produce a ship there its stuck there forever so im suggesting a river/canel bettween the 2 so the caspian sea will be useful. The real life river is the Volga-Don Canal.

the canel was built in 1952 but its ok because the river you added in canada finished being built only in 1954
