A suggestion for a new unit

They were only relevant for Japanese, and kamikaze would be same as a strong bomber expect your plane gets destroyed so....

The Germans, Japanese and Soviets after 1949 didn't have Nukes as well and it's in this game because the Americans have them.

but why use kamikaze when you can use bombers

Kamikazes weren't a 'unit'. They were a last ditch attempt by Japan to stall the allies by sending pilots in planes designed for normal uses to crash into ships. They are something deeply rooted in the centuries old Japanese culture of suicide before dishonor. While other nations didn't have nukes because they lacked the scientific or industrial capacity they could have acquired such a capacity if they had invested enough resources in it. Other nations could not have acquired a culture where significant numbers of soldiers would be willing to perform such a task or, especially, where it was seen as acceptable for commanders to organize and order such a thing. Yes, there are suicide missions in every military conflict but they aren't so explicit as setting out with the explicit purpose of blowing yourself up.
