Account-sitting (prohibited)
I've played other strategy games where they allow account baby-sitting to cover afk time. I hate watching a coalition buddy's troops head into certain death because they had to go to sleep.

Interesting idea, but could be abused by multi-accounters.

It's not uncommon in other games. I wonder how they handle abusers.
I've never seen it in other games and I played a ton of strategy games. What are your referring too?
Travian and some other medieval wargames I've played have it.
Are you talking about a babysitting bot or...FizzyT wrote:

This would be widely abused.

That's what the ai is doing when you go inactive: it babysits your game until you get back
2 people sharing 1 account is not allowed
They tend to do a decent job with your economy really. Make some weird units sometimes but overall I've had some good experiences when I need to be inactive and come back to a well orchestrated economy.
Yea, same
account sitting and account sharing is against ToS, it would be too easy to abuse. It would also be unfair, the enemy sleeps but your account would always be able to play and react.

Yes
No, players register as official stand-ins with other players having certain rights and restrictions. If it's abused, they can be banned.RBoi200 wrote:

And if it's called baby sitting it'll become a joke
Different names in different games.
