Achievable winning post.

I am relatively new to this game,only played about 10-12 maps, what is bugging me is the winning post, no matter what country you pick you have to achieve a certain points total, that is easy enough if your a large resource rich country like russia or the usa, but what about if your little madagascar or new zealand, surely the winning post for countries like these should be far smaller and this will keep people active ingame, instead of the usual 3-5 players left after say day 3-5, when they realise being left with smaller countries as the big ones have gone is just a waste of time playing.
