Add a Balkan scenario
For the next scenario I suggest Bytro make a map of the Balkans.
We could have Greece, Turkey, Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Albania, Croatia, Bosnia be playable countries.
Slovenia, Montenegro, Hungary, Kosovo, Macedonia could be AI

Jokes aside playable countries would be Romania, Greece,Serbia, and Bosnia. Turkey isn't even in the balkans bro. And how would the map look? The balkans surrounded by fractions of sountries for ex. South Germany,italy, USSR?
Overall nice idea just want to know how map would look.
