this option would cause provinces to rebel and do minimun damage to your garrisoned units!

FYI, we already have an espionage function whereby you may use gold to depress the morale of an enemy province, which of course can contribute to the rebellion or uprising of the province. This usually works best on newly captured provinces and/or far-flung provinces that are far from the capital, which will already have low morale and the use of the espionage function can push them below the 25 to 30% morale threshold where provincial uprisings may occur.

Yes. When you use the non-gold economic and military sabotage functions under the espionage functions menu, each successful act of sabotage reduces morale. Also, every time you hit a province with a rocket attack, it reduces the province morale 7 to 10 points; hitting a province with 8 or 10 rockets can have a dramatic effect on morale. I believe there are similar, but smaller and less obvious effects from air and artillery attacks.Peachez wrote:

AS you might expect, however, using gold to depress a province's morale is the most direct way to do it.
