I think Afghanistan should have a second city in HWW.
That second city could be Herat. Herat is Afghanistan's second-largest city population-wise, and is in the opposite part of the country as Kabul, the capital.
I’d say no. Unlike in Siam where I’d agree, this would give it a even larger amount of cities than Pakistan, which has a bigger city in Lahore, or Islamabad. Though I do think British India should have another city, preferably in modern day Pakistan. I just don’t see the best justification for this, right?

Perhaps, but it’s only the 10th most populous city in Pakistan, at least today. Lahore, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad and Hyderabad seem to be the best options in that order.Brando Dilla wrote:
