Azad Hind wasn't a thing until after ww2. Despite the addition of post-ww2 tech there arent many nations who were added after Ww2 that werent added to balance a positionKitPerk wrote:

It was created in October 1943 and supported by – as well as largely dependent on – the Empire of Japan.
1943... Not 1939 so no need of that.
