Add Moderation To Private Games

In RP discord servers there is most likely some kind of moderation that takes place to keep players in the rules set by the server. I think it would be a nice feature to include some sort of moderation tool that can be given to a player that is activated by a password. This could be useful for disabling/removing players that may ruin the RP experience. This tool would be useful if it included:

-The moderator can control units of all countries (notifies the player)

-The moderator can control diplomatic stances and see messages sent/received by the player.

-The moderator can remove a player from the game and potentially open the slot for another player to join.

I think this would be a quality-of-life improvement to community games and it would be much appreciated.
