Add Province Administration Original Province Sort

So I have conquered a lot of stuff and since I want to concentrate on upgrading my original provinces it would be nice to have a sort that sorts by my original provinces first then the others. So I can quickly see what I need to upgrade without scanning through a huge list of useless provinces.
