Add the option to make a game 6x speed if enough players want to

I recently played a game at 6x speed during the event and I loved it. The game lasted for about a week (34 in-game days) and it was much faster paced and more enjoyable in general, at least for me. I don't want to wait 9 hours for industry to get built, and I think the extremely slow pace of the game is what makes people leave in the first few days anyway. Only 4 of the initial 22 left the 6x event last week, while at least 10-15 leave normal games after 4 days (which makes it even worse as it's 4 actual days, not 3 hour periods).

Please consider doing this, or at least run those events more often.
