Administrative building

So the point of the administrative building is more control over a non core province yield.Since occupying them gives less yield(makes sense your aggressively taking over someones land) so the Administrative building is to increase the yield from those occupied provinces from 25% to 35 or even 50% and the stripes change to more stronger color or something like that,the way it would be built is in the building menu and it would take mostly money and goods.

Price would be around:260k Money and 150k Goods

Price might seem off-ish but we are talking about more yield from occupied provinces,that can affect a situation of a nation.

This is something i thought would be a nice feature so i hope i get to see the pros and cons of this.
