Administrative zones

As our empires grow on this game, I often find it had to look at my empire and coordinate its happenings. While I know we can search by region (africa/asia/america) it think we should also be able to search by conquered nation, and even have a thicker Border around our non-core provinces, as to show where our former neighbors once sat.

I would definitely like a way to immediately select only my core provinces all at once at the very least. This would be most helpful.
