AI control over your nation
You should be able to choose whether a com takes control over you nation when you leave. (For example I had a very good defensive force but the AI attacked a country with them) which caused me to have no units for the time I was gone.

Yes but what about people that are forced to be off for a time? Ex. You lose wifi for an extended time.
extended time = 2 days or more?Shadowhawk183 wrote:

I actually like the idea of being able to turn on AI when you know you will be unavailable for a period of time.
I would tie this to having High Command, simply because it would help Bytro keep the dollars flowing and folks who are inclined to use this feature are likely the same ones who have a entertainment budget that can handle the HC costs.
I would look for a "passive" AI that essentially is just the existing "dumb" AI and an "aggressive" AI that possibly has an additional price per unit time attached to it.
This feature, plus the existing HC ability to program builds and set rally points would allow me to play more games through time periods where I know my ability to access the net will be compromised due to work obligations that take me beyond the edge of the internet.
It would also be handy to turn on before leaving for work if you are in the midst of a war, or if you knew that weather would be a problem. Our recent snow storm put me at work for 13 hours, came home slept and went back for 8 more.
Another game I played sold tokens for 2, 7 and 30 days, They worked a little different in that they put you in a protective bubble, but you could do a token with an AI activation. You could also tell it to build specific unit types, so maybe offer options of build last unit built, or build specific types if able Interceptors, AA etc.

with HC you are already able to do this (for around 2 days max)Peter Mat wrote:

Interesting idea. I would need to see the details, but conceptually it has merit, especially for a game that sometime takes 90 or 100 days to play to completion.F. Marion wrote:
