Ai's capitols

Actually human players would just LOVE this!! It would create even better circumstances for capital farming, getting the hugely popular morale boost for taking a capital several times from the same small country. Just like the old days, actually: in the first version of this game, AI indeed did this and it was hugely abused.

Oh, I did not know that. But I am just saying that maybe no morale boost? idk, i am open for critiscism

They do, very rarely

It's rare enough that I recall specific instances and usually screenshot them. Here are two rebuilt AI capitals, Sweden and Soviet Union. It took days before they were rebuilt.

I’m not going to say you’re wrong, I’ve just never seen an AI rebuild a capital.

Maybe they ordered a cpitol to be built and then left

I don’t have an image, but as Germany I saw an AI France do it. I think even twice? In Alger I Belice. And another time an AI USSR in…Alexanderovsk? Bad spelling. Though the player may have started it and gone inactive, I don’t know the exact times after they went inactive when the building was finished since it was a while ago. Both times in HWW. Also have seen countries take back their capital and rebuild a few times as AI.

AI does indeed rebuild capitals, but they don't do it often. We could tweak them to do it more often, but:

I dont take it as a bad thing u know, it allows me to break other's morole down!

Capital farming is OP and needs a nerf. Make the bonus relative to the size of the country at the start of the game. Conquering Paris is a big deal. Conquering Palau is irrelevant and should provide no morale boost whatsoever.
