AI Suggestion

I'm sure I'm not the first person to make this suggestion, but what if nonplayable and/or unused countries could randomly declare war on another nonplayable, inactive, or even active countries? I think it could be a good idea. Nonplayable countries like Belgium could me able to declare war on active France or or nonplayable Holland.

I have a few reasons for why this might benefit the game and possibly even other games in the future:

1. It would bring more excitement into a round

2. It would make solo rounds less boring

3. It could possibly work for roleplaying purposes

Am I the only one that thinks this is a good idea for an update??
