Air Base Building Effects
It would be very helpful in understanding the purpose of upgrading air bases if
s if the details provided in the Building effects reflected the actual benefits. It looks like all the other building effects are built out properly, why not the air base one?

It would be a good update.

The effect of airbase level other than what units maybe produced is refuel time. I also believe this should be displayed. Though it is a minor issue.
