Would have to say not able to carry Tac bombers or larger... only one case in history and they had to be modified to work + was a 1 way trip

Aircraft Carriers
Aircraft carrier suggestion,
Aircraft carriers would work basicily as mobile airbases.im not sure how its coded in the game. but they would act as a TEMPORARY land hex if need be.
light carriers, low defense,moderately good vs air, good speed, air ranges, lvl 1-3 for fighters and naval air for abilities.
Hvy carriers, moderate defense, superb vs air, slow speed, air ranges lvlv 1-6 for fighters and naval air.
last thing, for game balance purposes, unable to move while using air for air raids and flying CAP ( Combat air patrol)

Should carry naval bombers though.
