Airfield Upgrade Window Should Show Refueling Times Each Level

Apparently airfields reduce refueling time each level, and therefore should be specified in the info chart on the airfield building.

They do.

lvl 1 - 15mins

lvl 2 - 10mins

lvl 3 - 5mins

Really? I haven't seen any sort of upgrade specification that says it reduces the time. I'll modify this then
