All Countries/All in Event core provinces

It has come to my attention that in the event "All Countries: All-In" the Portuguese province of "Ponta Delgada", that is supposed to represent the Azores Archipelago is not a core province of Portugal, even though the Azores have been always Portuguese since their discovery until the present day.

This should be fixed, since it is historically inaccurate and it reduces the rare materials production of a country that is already at a substantial disadvantage in this event.
