Alliance Annoucements

Hi,

I was just thinking if alliances were allowed to have a discussion board/announcement type section. It would be just another feature under Alliance and created one of the tabs. The discussion board would just be similar to a forum style but any member in alliance can post or start a conversation. So members can talk to each other than rather than being on chats sometimes.

This is my thought/suggestion.
