A computerized matchmaking service, that works like...

I, the leader/officer wants to start a match. I am ranked 1020-1040(or something). Some other guy from the same elo period also tries to find a game in some time, say 1 day. So we get a match easily. What do u say? It doesn't mean we start a game... Its just now we can conversate to start one.
