Alliy Captures Enemy Capital - Morale Improvement

Here's my suggestion... I kinda instinctively expected it to happen but when it didn't realized that I should propose it..

Let's say I'm attacking an Enemy(E) together with my Allies(A) and one of my A's captures the E's capital.

Currently only the person who captured the capital gets a Morale boost.

I believe that the boost should be experienced by all the Allies that were at war with that Enemy.

Historic example: when Berlin was captured by Russians, America and other allies declared victory in Europe and celebrated. :thumbsup:

mmm, seems a good idea, but i'd apply it just for team games

In your example, the fall of Berlin essentially meant the end of the German government.

In the game, that would be the equivalent of a player being eliminated or abandoning the game.

In the game, either case will remove the "War" setting from the E government from your relationship panel, thereby giving you a morale boost.

I personally think this is a great idea that would make it a lot easier to keep your morale up.
