Anti-aircraft guns - what's happening?

AA doesn’t instantly kill planes cuz then it would be to OP? I don’t really get your issue.

Planes are too fast, your can't hit them when they fly by with a regular AA gun. They are basically bug machine guns used to attacks planes that are diving towards the target.
